I had a profound moment of clarity. I realized that working myself into the ground was not good for anyone, especially me. I knew then that me changing my approach to how I did even the most ordinary things in my everyday life would affect everything.
After that day — and over some very intentional months! — I learned how to speak up for myself, set healthy boundaries, and make time for my own needs.
The result? Lower stress, less pressure, new boundaries, finally being heard and appreciated, and a renewed sense of freedom.
I felt — and still feel! — happier, more alive and more joyful.
